Life Cycle Analysis Yields Positive Results
TBS has recently completed a "Life Cycle Analysis" on 20 air handling untis for the Army Corps of Engineers in New Orleans. The results justify replacement of 25 year old equipment based on overall age, condition and parts availability.
The technical report includes detailed field inspections of the equipment, an energy analysis, preliminary replacement budgets and recommended schedule. This will enable the Corps to phase out the equipment over a 3 to 5 year period, thereby reducing current maintnenace and energy costs.
